Shakti creates named specialist roles for the approved workflow — planning, building, testing, reviewing, and release ownership — and assigns work to the role that owns it. The roster shown here is an illustrative software-delivery example.

They build in waves. Gates check what can continue.
Work runs in dependency-aware waves — independent tasks in parallel, dependent ones in order. Verification and approval gates can pass, block, or quarantine work before dependent delivery continues. And when a check fails, Shakti names the artifact, the check, and the reason — work is never reported complete just because a build ran.
