Supported domains

Start with a workforce profile that matches the work.

Shaktii has internally tested the following workforce and workflow profiles through its acceptance suite. They are practical starting points for delivery, not a claim of automatic specialist authority, certification, customer-production validation, or live-system access.

Tested profiles

Six practical places to begin.

Each profile combines accountable roles, delivery artifacts, evidence expectations, approval points, and a workflow that can be adapted to the customer’s constraints.

Software delivery

Product, platform, and agency software

For web applications, APIs, integrations, quality work, and release-ready handoffs.

  • Product, architecture, backend, frontend, and QA roles
  • Buildable implementation slices and verification plans
  • Production changes remain human-approved

Sitecore and CMS

Content-model and delivery coordination

For Sitecore-oriented teams planning content, components, environments, implementation, and release review.

  • CMS delivery roles and content-model handoffs
  • Environment-aware implementation planning
  • Publish actions remain explicitly approved

Salesforce

Platform delivery with governance

For teams shaping Apex, Lightning, configuration, testing, release preparation, and stakeholder review.

  • Admin, developer, QA, and release coordination
  • Sandbox-aware delivery and evidence expectations
  • No deployment or record change without approval

Marketing agencies

Strategy, creative, and conversion operations

For agencies coordinating positioning, research, copy, creative direction, SEO, analytics, and paid-media planning.

  • Clear ownership across campaign and conversion work
  • Evidence-led research and review checkpoints
  • No publishing, spend, or outbound activation by default

PCB engineering

Design-to-review handoffs

For electronics teams organizing requirements, design review, library and manufacturing context, verification, and engineering handoffs.

  • System, firmware, PCB, validation, and documentation roles
  • Reviewable design and verification workflow structure
  • Design release remains human-controlled

Manufacturing handoff

Requirements to operational package

For teams coordinating engineering, quality, documentation, production readiness, and controlled handoff work.

  • Requirements, BOM, quality, and release coordination
  • Traceable review and exception escalation points
  • Operational system changes remain approval-gated

What support means

Useful structure, without pretending the system knows more than it does.

New or mixed domains

Start evidence-led and reviewable.

When a workflow does not match a tested profile, Shakti creates a general proposal, names its assumptions, and asks the customer to validate the role shape, constraints, software context, and acceptance evidence before installation.

MCP and software access

A connection plan is not a live integration.

Shakti can record relevant software and propose least-privilege access. It does not install a connector, request credentials, read customer data, or take external action until an administrator configures and approves that access.

How profiles become a real team

Context first. Approval where it matters.

01. Discover

Capture the outcome, constraints, tools in use, and decisions that need a human.

02. Propose

Shape accountable roles, deliverables, workflow phases, evidence, and escalation rules.

03. Validate

Review the domain assumptions and connection plan before a concrete project is installed.

04. Deliver

Run approved work in the project root with visible verification and approval checkpoints.

Not sure where your work fits?

Describe the workflow. Shaktii will start from the closest supported profile or make its assumptions explicit for review.
